About Amon
Amon is the founder of Collective Mind, a mind performance company. An expert in Mind Training, Amon works with Australia’s elite sporting clubs and athletes, as well as leading corporate brands, to train the mind to excel in high-pressure high-stakes environments. With a background in leadership development and organisational change, Amon’s passion is to unlock the blueprint of Collective Flow States, the highest state of team performance. To answer the question - what's the 'glue' that keeps great teams together, or tears them apart in the biggest moments? With an approach that spans Developmental Psychology, Neuroscience, Body Psychotherapy, Integral Theory, Power Intelligence and traditional Eastern Practices, he draws on a vast array of techniques to create training and coaching that is cutting edge as well as highly experiential. Highlights include currently working with the AFL leading Adelaide Crows, part of the team that helped the South Sydney Rabbitohs win the NRL Premiership in 2014, as well as driving performance at leading corporate brands like Nestle, Lendlease and Universal Sony. Amon’s work brings cognitive development firmly out of pathology and into the realm of high performance.
