Hey yall!

In this week's episode I answer the very simply yet deep question that is, "Are you happy?" It was a question that was asked of me recently and I wanted to share with you guys what my answer was. I wanted to share this because it was a great moment that made me reflect on my life as of lately. I know I talk a lot about "growth" and "healing," but honestly, that's what made me into the woman I am today.

I think things FINALLY got through to my head and I now have a better grasp of what my reality is now like. I'm very grateful and yes, I am very much happy.
