Begin Again, Böhmer's second studio album for Anjunadeep, appeared in September. With guests including JONAH, lau.ra, and Gordi, the record's songs were written while Böhmer was separated from his fiancée due to travel restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, and reflected the longing and uncertainty of his life at the time.
