Kaela’s honesty about imposter syndrome was the part of this interview that was most thought provoking for me.

At the start of your journey, it’s a struggle. You’re putting in hours in to trying to get clients, learn skills, carefully think about your processes etc and even though you’re putting in tonnes of effort, you may not feel even half as good as other Webflowers that you see on social media. It can be quite debilitating to see people post their amazing work and wins that you are not having.
