Since starting this podcast we have always liked the idea of tracking the journey of an NQT through their first year - journaling the ups and down, what they've enjoyed and learned and ultimately what advice they can pass on to future NQTs. We're so pleased that this idea is now a reality - this year we'll be following Miss Amy Perry in the 'Diary of an NQT' series.

In this episode we meet Amy and get to know a bit about her, including what she is most looking forward to about getting started in the classroom! We'll be catching up again with Amy at the end of the Autumn term to see if everything's gone as she expected.
