Listen Later

How do you respond to challenges? In this episode we discuss how challenges and competition can actually create an environment for unprecedented growth. Atrophic cascade is an ecological process which starts at the top of the food chain and tumbles all the way down to the bottom. Yellowstone National park started to experience a trophic cascade in the mid 1990s when wolves were reintroduced to the area.

In this episode we talk about what we can learn from the trophic cascade that took place at Yellowstone and how it can apply to your life. A predator was reintroduced to the area and actually brought new life to the park that was more vibrant, healthier, and more diverse. We can experience the same in our lives if we embrace our challenges with the mindset that they make our lives more vibrant, healthier, and more diverse.
