Today I got to sit down with the multi-talented, Eric Thompson. From speech language pathologist, to actor, to improvisor, to podcaster, Eric takes us on a journey about meeting his birth parents and sister just four years ago.

After getting advice from his little sister, actress, Sadie Stratton, Eric began taking improv classes which then morphed into acting and podcasting.

Helping people be seen is a passion of Eric's and he walks us through how improv helps us lean in and support one another.
