When I first started my business journey I struggled deeply with imposter syndrome. Like many women, I felt like a fraud despite my previous successes. My imposter syndrome made me feel inadequate and unworthy, but my trauma around money made me feel downright shameful, especially when working with other very successful business leaders from around the world. In many ways, I felt as if I had sneaked through and someone was going to notice at any moment that I was not good enough or worthy.
