Introducing you to Abdul 👏

After earning his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Durham University, he completed a placement at Procter & Gamble, where he worked in R&D analyzing the effectiveness of proteases in household products like Fairy Liquid and Lenor.

Following this, Abdul worked as a lab technician at Imperial College before pursuing a PhD with the White Rose Mechanistic Biology DTP. His research delves into single-molecule biophysics to understand bacterial plasmid segregation, a critical process in antibiotic resistance.

Combining academic excellence with industry insight, Abdul offers a fresh perspective on tackling major healthcare challenges.
