Goals
Importance of "writing" down your goals. Needs to have something to move towards that's visible. Something that you can see and reference every day is the most effective way for progress. Write things down, make notes, adjust, don't dwell, keep moving.
Have a big idea, narrow down into daily actions that move you toward the horizon.
Challenge yourself - you're capable
New Habit / Old Habit
Evaluate your habits to help you achieve your goals.
Set up your day that allows you to work on what you want to accomplish.

Atomic Habits - James Clear
This is one of my favorite books. He makes habits very actionable and practical. He lays out a great map for progress in our daily lives.
Quote - Art of Manliness
This site took a quote from Benjamin Franklin and talked about working on one habit at a time. Spend a year creating one new habit and removing one bad habit from your life and over the course of ten years, you'll become someone you hardly recognize - For the better.
