We all know that talking about other people isn’t a good thing. Gossip is a hard pass. But why? And how do we deal with it? Today, we’re talking all about gossip & talking crap:

Tortellini Soup (we couldn't find the exact recipe we use online, so just take a screenshot of this!)

Cook down 

1 chopped onion

1 chopped zucchini 

in a tablespoon of olive oil until softened

Add to pot:

1 can fire roasted tomato

1 box chicken broth

LOTS of garlic powder or fresh garlic

Italian seasoning 

Salt

Black pepper

Bring to simmer for 10 mins

Bring to a boil, add tortellini for amount of time listed on packaging

Optional (but definitely preferred): add greek yogurt or sour cream, parmesan cheese, and avocado 

PRESTO

*will last in the fridge for 2-3 days before getting a little too mushy
