Chrissy Spurlock, the owner of the whimsical and delightful gift shop, Giggles, located in downtown Decatur, Illinois talks about how being an entrepreneur, mother, wife, and everything else in between can feel overwhelming. She discusses her daily battle with leaving guilt at the door.  Mom-guilt as many refer to it, is that doubt, anxiousness, or uncertainty experienced by mothers & women when they worry they’re failing or falling short of expectations. While the intensity can vary, Chrissy talks about her supportive relationships and coping skills on how she maneuvers those feelings to allow her to be the best version of herself!
