This week on "Working In Tech", I'll be chatting with Arit, a Software Engineer at PayPal who transitioned to tech from a non-tech background.
Arit became a software engineer at 38, after being a homemaker with 2 kids for 6+ years and a public-health analyst before that.
At PayPal, she's helping drive the adoption of the company's financial products.
Arit is active in the Tech community, supporting those who are pivoting careers to software engineering, particularly Black women and mothers.
