Areas of the body most vulnerable to bone loss:

- Hips

- Wrists

- Spine

Contraindications for osteoporosis: 

- Loaded flexion

- Flexion with rotation

- Rotation

Exercise suggestions for osteoporosis and osteopenia:

- Moderate impact exercise to load the bones (weight training, walking, ect)

- Thoracic extension

- Balance and coordination training to reduce the risk of falling
