Today I wanted to share something that has been on my mind - ISOLATION as a mother.
This “rant style” episode will cover ..
• It’s okay to feel isolated as a mom - it’s NORMAL.
• It’s normal to feel lonely and that you miss parts of your old life. Don’t feel guilty about it!
• Doing things with your friends or your hubby, nights out, weekends away etc kid free is ESSENTIAL to helping you get through these feelings.
Sure, life changed when we became moms. Life is hard. Parenting is hard. It needs to be okay that we FEEL these things that that we know we are not alone! Nobody should feel ashamed for feeling this way.
