On the heels of Hurricane Harvey's disaster in Texas, heartless Republicans in Congress are preparing to cut nearly $1 billion from America's disaster assistance programs in order to pay for Trump's racist wall. At the same time, Texas Republicans have made it harder for Texans to force insurance companies to make good on disaster claims; while 23 of 24 members of Texas' GOP congressional delegation voted against the Hurricane Sandy relief bill, meant to provide much-needed aid to people in the northeast. But now that their own constituents are dying, the GOP has suddenly found FEMA Jesus. John Aravosis discusses the hypocrisy.
