In today's episode, I am speaking to Ryan Legg, you met his wife Holly just a couple episodes back!
Ryan has also been through a transformative journey in the last 18 months, which I am keen for you to hear about. As well as sharing about this, we talk about dating and marriage, careers, and what it's like to start out in your faith. We also discuss the important topic of encouraging men to feel seen and heard in the church.
I'm very passionate about speaking out about mental health topics and encouraging others to seek help. This is important for everyone, and I'm glad that today we got have a conversation about men's mental health, let's continue that conversation!
