I love intelligent women who aren't afraid to contribute their full thoughts and brilliance to a conversation..
Sometimes I think of myself this way -- but sometimes I don't say all that I was thinking (only to regret it later).
It is so encouraging to meet women like my new friend Eliza Moody and be reminded that our experiences and our perspectives are worth hearing.
Eliza has had a brilliant career studying human behavior and coaching teams in the workplace to function at their best.
She's also worked on political campaigns, in government offices, and is Harvard-educated.
But none of that is as impressive to me as her perspective on people's worth -- and that it is not tied to their professional results.
I absolutely loved learning how she developed this perspective (since it's something I've struggled with big time myself) and what she has been able to create in all areas of her life as a result.
This conversation is for anyone who has been doubting the worth of their voice being heard in the workplace or anywhere they are in a place to contribute their unique strengths to the world.
