We welcomed our first guest onto the show! Alex Joudy is many things, entrepreneur, consultant, BJJ enthusiast, coach, former HS football coach but the reason we brought him on is because he is an amazing husband and father. 

Alex coached Mike in HS (football), and Chase worked for Alex at one of his businesses and bringing Alex on as the first guest only seemed fitting.
