In this episode, I sit down with my beautiful wife Shandy Arend.  She’s a mom to three girls, my wife, and a damn good interior designer and business owner. We talk about her story of starting her business four short years ago and what the journey has been like for her as she and her business partners have built a thriving interior design business. There are so many topics we cover in this episode: starting a business, running a business, and being married to a fellow entrepreneur; Resistance, inspiration, and how to better understand your spouse and partner. WARNING:  This was recorded late into the evening after the kids were in bed over a glass of a very nice Cabernet.  Shandy and I hope you enjoy, what we’d call a normal Tuesday night.…and thanks to anyone who can tell me the name of the movie we couldn’t remember!
