The question is not Who Are We To.... The questions is... Who Are We NOT To?

Out there in the world someone is waiting for YOU, and for ME, to get off our butts and come help them with something they're going through in life. Come and let's lead. Come and let's be an example.

There are SEVERAL women in my life who've shown up (some in real life and some I've yet to meet).  They showed up even BEFORE they knew me or knew I needed them, and got going so they could be ready to help me when I came along... and they have in fact helped me!! I am thankful for them having not let fear stop them! 

Let's not let someone who is ten steps ahead of us be the reason we shrink and not go after our dreams, for fear of not measuring up.  Let's look up and see in them an example of what's possible for all of us. Each one of us is walking towards our own destiny on our own path, but it is within us to change the trajectory of where we end up, of what our future looks like. 

We, you and me, are women who someone out there is waiting for... we must show up, even as imperfect as we are.  We must not let our potential go unevolved, unused... wasted.  That would be a tragedy... Let's not let that happen.
