Usually along the lines of people working out for a long period of time and not looking the way they want to look or just simply look “soft” and not lean, fit, and muscular (realistically is what 99% of us want).
I break down some mistakes you’re probably making with your diet and training and how to fix them. As well as some mindset changes to help you reach your goals better and faster.
