When a senior in high school, Heather's mother was diagnosed with brain cancer, resulting in Heather's faith to be put through the fire.  On the outside, hardly anyone was able to detect that her inner world was collapsing. However, over the next few years, God took her on an unforgettable faith-building journey, moving from a life of doubt and confusion to one of renewed hope in God.
