Hi sister and welcome back to the Sexyfit podcast! We are heading into the season when we tend to run into candy bowls on every step - on the street, at our working place, our friends' places and our own home. Do you know that on average Americans gain 10-12 pounds during the holiday season? Therefore I want to give you some quick tips for how to avoid gaining weight and be on top of your fitness journey at this time of the year.
Let's be clear on one thing. I have nothing against eating candies and chocolate but it tends to become a mindless behavior during these days because candies and food are just everywhere.
So I’m here to make sure you have the strategies and tips to stay on track but still enjoy all the treats you love.
Here are my tips for how to avoid gaining weight this holiday season:Thanks for listening sister! Now it's all about taking action. Look at some races, look for the places where you can donate candy and for the ways you can feel like you're giving and serving.
