What would you do if you had an unlimited supply of courage? Let’s explore since you have courage available to you anytime you reach for it. In today’s episode we take on the comfort zone and the value in challenging ourselves to get out of it and getting comfortable being uncomfortable, being courageous.

Today I will be vulnerable and tell a story that taught me so many lessons on what it means to be courageous, to lean in, to stretch beyond my comfort zone and take the lead.
