We all have at least one. A "friend" who does things out of the "kindness of their heart" only to unleash them on you when you least expect it. It's usually when you've told them something they needed to hear that may jeopardize your friendship moving forward. This episode is direct, to the point and a bit vulgar...(sorry about it) but sometimes it calls for it.
