Ep 113 How Does Healing Work?, Pt 1
Do you want to understand healing or to take more steps in healing? Perhaps you need healing or you are not understanding why you're not getting that healing. Pastor Todd helps us grow in our understanding of how healing works in the Kingdom of God. He leads us in a view of when Jesus heals.
Pastor Todd says, "Jesus goes into the synagogue, stands up, and reads from Isaiah 61. The portion of Isaiah 61 that He read is actually a job description. It was what the Messiah has come to accomplish, and we recognize that each of those lines that He talks about accomplishing is a form of healing. Jesus came to heal, but there are different types of sicknesses. There are sicknesses in the body, sicknesses of the mind, sicknesses of the emotions, of the spirit (death), and things that need to be healed."
In this first message of the series, Pastor Todd covers the first healing, that is the resurrection from death to life for every believer. What could be a greater healing than to be transformed from death to life.
