In this episode I open up about my biggest fear, which is the fear of the unknown. The quote of this episode hits the nail on the head... "We do not fear the unknown. We fear what we THINK we know about the unknown". I really like that quote because it shows that our mind creates negative scenarios to make us fear the unknown, but since it is the unknown, we have no idea what it will bring!
