In the late 1990s, a French-born man murdered multiple women. Often striking the unsuspecting victim from behind before further attacking them. He struck often and without warning–evading the police for years earning the nickname The Ghost of Kehl. 

After intense investigations, multiple trials, and more attacks, you’d never imagine where the Ghost is today.
