Ep. 117 How to Read the Bible with Kids
Reading the Bible is such a delight! And when we read, we want to read with a purpose. The Bible is written so that we can know God.
It is about knowing God, hearing His truth, and allowing His Word to shape the way we think, live, pray, and parent.
We also encourage parents to begin with prayer, ask thoughtful questions as they read, and use simple tools or Bible reading plans when helpful. The goal is not perfection or performance, but growing in faithfulness and helping our children see that God’s Word is living, active, true, and worth building our lives upon.
I apologize this episode is a day late coming out. We are still recovering from our son's hospitalization, and so some things are behind. Thank you so much for your prayers! He is doing great now!
