Amy Koren-Roth is the founder of Taste of Troy Food Tours, which she began in May of 2016.
Prior to launching her food tour business, she was a dietitian and nutritionist and worked for New York State Department Of Health.
She is passionate about food, history, travel and exciting others about her food loves and recommendations. She firmly believes that exploring farmers’ markets and local cuisine is one of the best ways to learn about a community whether close to home or far away.
