We talk about IQ and now EQ is more and more common in the workplace - but how about SQ.
SQ stands for Spiritual Quotient and as leaders when we bring SQ to our leadership, we have more impact, feel more aligned, and more purposeful.
Here are the 3 questions to ask yourself to start to cultivate your SQ as a female corporate leader.
- On a scale of 1-5 how do you rate yourself on your SQ? (committed? consistent? integrated to daily leadership?)
- What are your current spiritual practices?
- Are you still in the spiritual closet or are you bringing these into your day to day leadership and workplace?
