She has a background in sports & orthopedics, previously working with high school athletes & adult olympic weight lifting athletes. She loves helping folks return to exercise after injury/pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and/or pregnancy/postpartum. She holds a certification in functional dry needling and has completed a multitude of pelvic floor & women’s health related continuing education courses over the years.
