Inspired by a client, in this episode I talk about when we need to “feel the feels” and when do we need to “just stay positive” and push through?

Positivity is a great tool or skill to have in this world but sometimes it does more harm than good. We have emotions for a reason, and knowing when  to acknowledge them fully is key to ‘success’ in our lives.
