Judy has 40 years experience as a psychotherapist in private practice, mental health and corporate trainer, as well as a wellness conference speaker. She is the author of 11 mental health and self-help books and two therapeutic card decks. Her publishers include New Harbinger, WW Norton, Callisto Printing and Mental Health Publisher, PESI. Currently she is a frequent guest on mental health and wellness podcasts, and is a workplace wellness trainer for an online training company. Judy holds an MS in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann Medical College and a BS in Psychology from University of Pennsylvania. Her website offers free worksheets and handouts.
