Never a dull moment in real estate.  I'll tell you what, so many times in life, I've chose to do things that are painful(mentally & physically), and then I continue to do said things over and over and over again.   But I have a feeling this will be worth it. So much pain and anxiety was felt over the last 2 weeks of this deal.  Was supposed to be smooth sailing easy peezy, but here we are.
