Live can be stressful at times in this episode I give you some advice on how to control the hard times life throw at you. I’m learning a lot through my journey - just finding out that segments add a lil flavor to the show. I’ve switched over to garageband (iOS app) because voice memos kept messing up. I had to record this episode and another one like 4x each and every time the audio was distorted so that’s why another episode took so long to be published.
