Pratyahara, or the control of the senses, is the 5th limb of Yoga. In this episode I share about some really practical ways we can take this limb into our everyday lives.
Just being mindful about what we are taking in, who we choose to surround ourselves with, and how often we're engaging with technology are just a few ways we can monitor our sense organ stimulation.
