On this eve of Thanksgiving, I want to remind each of you to give yourself and others grace. Everyone of us are going through something and it hits different for each of us.

In this short episode, I'm reminded that there is peace, freedom and joy when you lean in and realize you're exactly where you're supposed to be...in the moment.
