In this episode, I explore how to honor the basic humanity of children in school. To do so, I looked at the issue through the lens of dealing with silliness, frustration, and laziness. Amazingly, if you start with a couple of universal truths, you will be able to connect, redirect, and honor the child who is struggling with one of those challenges.
