Diondria holds an MBA from Indiana Tech along with a bachelor’s in social work from Indiana University Bloomington. Currently the Secretary for Young Professional Toastmasters of Houston, she’s demonstrated leadership across tech and community organizations.
During her time at Genesys, Diondria was on the leadership team for the Black ERG, driving inclusion and advocacy. Hailing from Gary, Indiana, she now thrives in Houston, seamlessly blending technological expertise, and education, and fostering inclusive communities.
