I am very excited to have my dear friend Tara Diana on today’s episode. Tara works as an Empowerment Medium, we talk about that, what it means and how her work looks as a result of focusing on her client’s spiritual growth. We chat about learning to trust your intuition, being of service to others, intention and how it really all comes down to love!

Tara is the inspiration behind the Spirit Essence collective. This is a group of practitioners of different modalities who offer seminars, workshops, host live and zoom events....and yes … I am a part of the collective. We started offering online wellness fairs during the pandemic and are now including online attendance options for the majority of our events.
