Krista Kehoe is a Certified Life and Weight Coach, Holistic Health Coach and Former Educator.  She lives in Iowa with her husband, son and 2 dogs.  She is an avid equestrian and lake lover.  A latecomer to yoga, she is awkwardly working on her asanas in her free time.  Crow pose is her nemesis.  

Her favorite thing about life coaching is the process of helping women find their bliss.
