In this episode, we have the pleasure of speaking with Liz Zorab, an author, self-sufficiency advocate, and YouTube sensation. While we all have reservations about moving from the city to a life of homesteading, Liz has done just that, and we get to hear about her journey to success as well as the few setbacks she encountered along the way.

This eposide inspired us greatly, and while our allotment plots are a fraction of the scale on which Liz works, it does give allotmenteers a taste of what Self-Sufficiency could look like.
