Courtney is a mom to three girls, Army spouse, and the owner of Simple Mama Virtual Assistance. She has a bachelor’s degree in music education and taught in the public schools for 8 years before transitioning to a career as a virtual assistant due to job opportunity and lack of childcare at their new duty station in Fort Irwin, CA. 

Since relocating, Courtney has met many more military spouses who are unable to work due to lack of childcare and job opportunities. She is now growing her business to provide more remote work options for military spouses because she believes it’s important for all spouses to have some sort of financial and professional fulfillment.
