Hey Everybody, this week I wanted to discuss what was the talk of the internet. Jada and August honestly wanted to truly share my own situation where I took advantage of someone's kindness. How no matter what state we are in we have to take responsibility for how we hurt others. So here's my story. 

I didn't give any tips at the end of the thinking about the box segment but one that comes to mind is please pay attention to how your actions affect people. Know that some people aren't strong enough to walk away on their own but it doesn't mean they are ok with what is happening. If you see that your behavior is hurting someone leave them alone.
