Bharati Corrina Glanert is a spiritual wisdom teacher who received her initiation in 2001 when she was given access to secret Vedic knowledge which led her to 10 years of intense practice of Sadhana meditation. After being touched by the depth of her own soul she returned to Germany and founded the Spiritbalance Sadhana Ashram in Sasbachwalden in the beautiful black forest.

This is part one of the interview, where Barati shares, why she offers Dark Retreats and why it can be a path to higher frequency and enlightenment.

I did a 5 day retreat prior to the interview with Bharati and after 3 days my crown chakra opened and my pineal gland started to pulsate and I had vivid visions which gave me a feeling of unboundedness - being one with the universe. The biggest revelation came, when I returned back to the light, I felt connected to Mother Nature like never before.
