Our willingness to be transparent and honest about our life can be a great indicator of real confidence. When we seek to present ourselves in a genuine manner, we relinquish fear - fear of judgement from ourselves and others. When we are genuine, we are also able to attract the help and support we actually need. In this episode, I discuss this topic further with another fellow millennial and friend, Courtney.
