From starting out as an intern to becoming VP of Communications at Big Plan Holdings, Katie talks about the evolution of her position at the company and how each day is something new. Katelin reminisces on growing up in the greater Nashville area and her pursuits in TV production across the country. Katelin shares the importance of "shooting her shot" which ultimately landed her a position at Big Plan Holdings. Tara, Katie and Katelin are the greatest examples of women in business.
