Yannick began his collegiate career at University of Maryland, followed by Rutgers University. A three-year starter and two-time All-BIG EAST selection for the Scarlet Knights, Yannick was selected by the Chicago Fire with the 27th overall pick in the 2011 MLS Supplemental Draft. A standout player throughout high school, Yannick was named Nassau County Player of the Year, captain of the Region 1 Olympic Development team, and a member of the U-17 and U-20 Jamaican National Teams. Yannick now serves as Assistant Director of Coaching at Metropolitan Oval Academy of MLS Next and is founder of his own training program to help develop soccer players across the New York City area.
